Bootstrap plan elements
Since you have decided to start up a business on minimal finances, focus more on creating right structure of business for using available resources. Here is a potential list.
1. Create a directory in your PC with many sub-directories for various parts separately like content, sales funnel, free tools, free traffic sources, paid traffic, squeeze pages, thank you pages, bookmarks, etc.,
2. Create a business plan with many sub components like
- First web pages
- First traffic sources
- Right Content strategy
- Right keywords
- monetization strategy
- cycling of cash generated for paid parts
- Freelancing using available skills to fund purchases
3. Create 3-4 free business email ids for various use of business. One for main business; one for good newsletters where you gain knowledge; one for junk newsletters; one for your advertising(this will also generate lot of junk email),etc.,
4. Schedule time for each category of emails over the week. For example, you will allocate 1-2 hours during the weekend for good newsletters. Allocate content creation time during weekends and week days. Content promotion should also be scheduled.
5. Most importantly plan for generating traffic. Spend 50% of time on content creation and at least 30 percent on traffic generation.
6. Right monetization by targeting initial paying clients can help you outsource aspects you most dislike. One will hate content creation and love networking. Another might hate traffic generation while loving content creation. The small cash flow from freelancing, initial sales may be used to speed up these weak points.
7. Allocate a portion of cash flow for productivity enhancing tools like auto responders, software, etc.,
8. Plan for adequate time for family, friends, sleep and restaway from the business. This is what will keep you going.
First niche
One good area to start is to start a small micro-niche blog with google adsense and some affiliate plans. Buy a good domain name and some cheap hosting and a good auto responder. If money is a problem for monthly payments of, try starting a free blog promoting some non-network CPAs (Cost Per Action). This blog is an example of this strategy.

Two tier programs
Another, important information to know is, to boost income with a two tier program. You join an affiliate program. It pays affiliate commission. Some programs also pay you a fixed amount or say 5% of referral affiliate’s earnings.
This affiliate program pays $1 for every free qualified referral. If you become a qualified referral then you can also earn this $1 per free qualified referral. Inside there are many two tier programs which pay 5% commission of your referrals earnings.
Get paid $150 per merchant you refer.

Step 2 : Create a free blog in www.blogger.com on making money with the gmail account.
Step 3 : Post a few posts (atleast 4-5 posts)on benefits of making money online. Potential topics are
- Work at home
- Part time work
- Part time business
- Freelancing
- Affiliate programs
- CPAs
